N.A.S.A. sta per North America/South America ed è un’idea di Squeak E. Clean e DJ Zagon, che per fare qualcosa di diverso assieme hanno iniziato a tirar dentro a questo progetto un po’ alla volta amici, amici di amici e così via provenienti da entrambe le coste degli Stati Uniti fino a produrre un album, The Spirit of Apollo, che meriterebbe rispetto soltanto per la quantità e la qualità di nomi presenti fra i collaboratori. In ordine sparso ricordiamo Tom Waits, David Byrne, Chuck D, Kanye West, Lykke Li, George Clinton, M.I.A., John Frusciante, Karen O, Santogold, David Byrne, Ol’ Dirty Bastard del Wu Tang Klan e tanti altri.
